ALL DOWN PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
We offer a full refund of the completion payment for all our knives if the following conditions are met:

• We receive the returned knife post-marked no later than 5 days from the date the customer received the knife.
• The knife is in the same condition it was shipped to the customer in.

If the above conditions are met, a full refund of the completion payment will be submitted. Customers are responsible for payment of return shipping on all knives.
